The introductory rate for staging is about $2.00 per square foot of staged area. This rate includes design, furniture moving and placement, styling, and four weeks of furniture rental. The minimum contract amount is $2000.00. Staging contracts may be extended beyond the initial four weeks at the reduced rate of $0.50 per square foot per month.
This is prorated weekly for up to an additional eight weeks. Payment is due upon completion of initial setup. For payments made in advance of setup, an additional week of furniture rental is included free of charge, extending your contract to 5 weeks.
